As stated in our update on Tuesday we hope that you will have received your season card in the post today at the latest. If you have not we apologise unreservedly.
We are determined that every supporter who has paid for a season card will gain access to the stadium for the match tomorrow. As such we have put the following contingency plan in place.
1. We have opened eight dedicated kiosks at The City Ground to issue paper tickets. They are arranged in alphabetical order by surname and are located next to the main reception in the Peter Taylor Stand car park.
2. The kiosks will be open from 3pm to 9pm on Thursday and from 9am to 8pm on Friday. You will need to give your customer number and provide proof of identity in order to claim your match ticket.
3. We stress that once you have obtained your paper ticket for the match YOUR SEASON CARD WILL NO LONGER BE VALID FOR THE MILLWALL MATCH and you MUST use your issued paper ticket to obtain access to The City Ground for the Millwall fixture.
4. We would respectfully ask that if you are able to wait until Friday's post to see if your season card has arrived that you do so.
We hope that all season cards will arrive by post in the anticipated timescales and that these contingency plans are unnecessary.
We apologise unreservedly for the errors that have occurred with season card sales and the lessons will be taken on board for next season.
