Forest team up with Nando’s

Nottingham Forest are delighted to announce Nando’s as the club’s newest commercial partner.

The restaurant has teamed up with Forest to become the official sponsor of the ball boys and ball girls at The City Ground in a deal until the end of the 2017-18 season.

Nando’s will be the first ever sponsor of the ball boys and girls on Trentside and as part of the partnership, there will be the opportunity for fans to win the chance to be a ball boy or ball girl at games during the season.

Tom Peacock, Sponsorship Manager, said: “We are very happy to welcome Nando’s as a new commercial partner.

"Alongside being a familiar brand that is very popular with fans, Nando’s will be offering exclusive money-can’t-buy matchday experiences as prizes throughout the year, starting with the chance for a couple of young fans to be ball boys and ball girls for a match later this season. There will also be a number of special Nando’s promotions for the fans to enjoy.”

A Nando’s spokesman said: “We can’t wait to bring a dose of PERi-PERi to fans of Nottingham Forest this season and next.”

The first fixture chosen for fans to put their names forward to be a ball boy or ball girl will be the clash with Blackburn Rovers at The City Ground on Friday 14 April (kick-off 3pm).

The competition is open to boys and girls aged between 12 and 16. For a chance to win, send a picture of your nominee celebrating in a Forest shirt to pr@nottinghamforest.co.uk along with an explanation of why they deserve the chance to win. Please note that the deadline for entries is Wednesday 12 April.
