The truth is that we have worked tirelessly to establish our reputation as one of Nottingham’s foremost independent Recruitment Consultancies, since the company was founded by our Managing Director John Hyde in March 1991.
We are not going to tell you that it has all been plain sailing – anything worth having has to be worked for, and the Elizabeth Michael success story has been created through the hard earned learning experiences gained through serving Nottingham job seekers and employers for over 25 years.

Our core tenets remain intrinsically the same as the original precepts instilled in our business back in the early nineties - we still believe that the old fashioned values of honesty and integrity and the provision of a flexible and adaptive service created to respond to the individual needs of our job seekers and employer clients is of paramount importance.
We are not hindered by bureaucratic policies and doctrines either – we try and keep it simple, by listening intently to your requirements, providing candid and well grounded recruitment guidance and support and then working incredibly hard to fulfil your expectations.
