Nottingham Forest will be aiming to build on their victory over Birmingham City when they travel to struggling Blackburn Rovers this evening (kick-off 7.45pm).
Fresh from Friday night's impressive 3-1 win against Birmingham City, Nottingham Forest make the journey north to Ewood Park tonight aiming for a first away victory and a first clean sheet of the campaign.
Owen Coyle's Blackburn side currently occupy a spot in the bottom three following a difficult start to the season and have only recorded two victories in the league so far, a 4-2 win over Rotherham and a 2-1 success at Derby.
Forest have held the lead in their last four away games but have yet to come back with all three points so a victory in Lancashire this evening would be welcome and could push The Reds into the top half of the league table.
Forest striker Nicklas Bendtner has been ruled out for three to six weeks with ankle ligament damage sustained in Friday's win over Birmingham and he joins Matty Fryatt and Matty Cash on the long-term injury list.
Britt Assombalonga looks set to be included in tonight's matchday squad after recovering from his injury and otherwise head coach Philippe Montanier has no other concerns ahead of the trip to Ewood Park this evening.
Blackburn duo Gordon Greer and Corry Evans are likely to miss tonight's game after picking up injuries in Saturday's 0-0 draw with Ipswich while Danny Graham, Adam Henley and Elliott Ward also remain sidelined.

Despite a difficult start to the season for his side, Blackburn midfielder Craig Conway has enjoyed a positive opening few months of the campaign with three goals and five assists to his name so far.
The former Cardiff City man is key to Rovers, possessing the ability to provide the forwards with a number of scoring opportunities and a keen eye for goal himself and Forest will need to keep the Scot quiet on Tuesday night.
Owen Coyle: "We have one or two injury problems that we've been beset with since the start of the season, so that hasn't helped. Gordon Greer has little to no chance of being available. Corry Evans also came out of the game on Saturday and he'll be a doubt for the match as well.
"So we've not been blessed in respect of injuries but it is part and parcel of the game. What we have got to do is make sure that the ones that are fit and available, they give their best, play at their maximum and if they can do that then we can win the game."
