Anniversary wall taking shape

17 May 2016

The installation of Nottingham Forest’s 150th anniversary wall has commenced.

More than 2,000 supporters purchased a brick in celebration of the club’s milestone, ensuring their name will be etched into the fabric of the Trent End alongside the likes of Brian Clough and owner and chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi.

The first installation will be complete shortly, with another scheduled for the summer.

Each section of the anniversary wall, which can be seen from riverside, will be aptly named, with the likes of John McGovern, Bob McKinlay, Joe Baker and Stuart Pearce all being honoured for their contribution to the club’s 150-year history.

Supporters can purchase a brick from www.forestwall.co.uk.
