Two Nottingham Forest youngsters enjoyed landmark moments in their senior careers yesterday.
On the same day The Reds tasted victory on Teesside for the first time since 1993, centre back Joe Worrall and winger Deimantas Petravicius had a day to remember for their League Two loan clubs.
Worrall has had the dream to start to his spell with Dagenham and Redbridge, making his senior debut in their Emirates FA Cup tie at Everton before winning the Daggers' Man of the Match award for his performance against Northampton a week later.
And it got even better for the 19-year-old yesterday when he scored his first senior goal - a towering header to put his side 2-0 up away at Newport County.
Petravicius is no stranger to senior football having won five full caps for Lithuania but he made his Football League bow yesterday after joining Stevenage this week.
The 20-year-old was a late substitute in the 0-0 draw with Barnet and he will be hoping to make the most of his experience under the guidance of Teddy Sheringham.
