Nottingham Forest supporters have until 5pm today to secure a brick in the first installation of the club’s 150th anniversary wall.
The bricks, which can be personalised to imprint fans’ names into the fabric of the club they love, have proved immensely popular and the concept has recently been featured on popular radio channel Talksport.
Forest supporter and seasonal Directors Club member Richard Daniels is one of many to have taken the opportunity to buy a brick for the wall’s first installation, which will be erected outside the Trent End in the spring.
Richard said: “Nottingham Forest has been a big part of my family. We’ve had some great moments down at The City Ground and I’m now passing that on to my kids.
“When the wall was introduced it seemed like the right thing to do, to permanently mark our support for the club.
“Finlay, who’s seven, is absolutely ecstatic at the idea. Alfie’s one, so he’s not so sure yet! But I can assure you there’ll be plenty of family photos taken at the wall."
