A young Nottingham Forest Under 18s side gained a highly-creditable 2-2 draw away at Hull City on Saturday afternoon.
With the majority of the regular Under 18 players staying at home to train with Gareth Holmes ahead of the FA Youth Cup game on Tuesday night, Gary Brazil took a youthful squad up to Humberside to face The Tigers.
Second-half goals from Arvin Appiah and Ethan Stewart were enough to ensure The Reds would bring a point back to Nottingham and give further proof of the talent that currently runs deep in the Forest academy system.
Forest: Shelvey, Willetts, Bondswell (Richardson 89'), Smith, Stewart, Jemson, Kubu (Mighten 63'), Johnson, Darby (Barnes 75'), Appiah, McCormick
The Under 18s' fixtures and league table can be found on the academy section of the official Nottingham Forest website.
