Nottingham Forest head coach Philippe Montanier had high praise for Henri Lansbury after the midfielder won the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month award for November.
Lansbury starred as he played a key role in ensuring The Reds remained unbeaten last month, drawing 1-1 with Queens Park Rangers and beating Ipswich 2-0 and Barnsley 5-2, including a scoring a hat-trick in the win at Oakwell.
Montanier was pleased with Lansbury's on-field performances as well as his attitude and professionalism off the pitch.
He said: “I am delighted for Henri as his mentality on the training pitch and in matches is fantastic.
“He is one of many captains that we have and he has led by example; hopefully this good form can continue for the rest of the season.
“He is an excellent professional, providing great leadership on the pitch but also in the dressing room as he is a great role model for the younger players coming through at the club.”
