Nottingham Forest have played out some classic matches away to Derby County - here are some of the best moments.

Saturday 17 January 2015
Derby 1 (Lansbury OG 16’) Nottingham Forest 2 (Assombalonga 75’, Osborn 90’)

A last-gasp Ben Osborn goal sealed the victory for Nottingham Forest at the iPro Stadium. The Derby-born Forest academy graduate sent the travelling fans wild with his injury time strike, completing a comeback after Henri Lansbury put through his own net in the first half. Britt Assombalonga’s goal levelled things up with 15 minutes remaining before Osborn’s late winner.

Derby 0 Nottingham Forest 1 (Earnshaw 79’)

Substitute Robert Earnshaw bagged the winner as Nottingham Forest won 1-0 at Derby County. The Welsh forward turned and fired home inside the area to give The Reds a crucial victory and lift them up to fourth in the Championship table.

Derby 0 Nottingham Forest 2 (Cooper, Stone)

A Colin Cooper free-kick set Nottingham Forest on their way to a 2-0 win over Derby County at the Baseball Ground. The defender’s long-range effort fired into the corner, and Steve Stone doubled the lead as his fortuitous block ricocheted into the back of the net. The win helped Forest’s push for promotion, ultimately sealing a return to the Premier League while Derby lost in the Play-Off final.

Derby 0 Nottingham Forest 2 (Hodge, Jemson)

Steve Hodge and Nigel Jemson scored the goals as Nottingham Forest sealed a 2-0 win at the Baseball Ground. Hodge finished off a superb through-ball before Jemson scored his first goal for The Reds to complete the win.

Derby 0 Nottingham Forest 2 (Hodge, Chapman)

A thunderous Steve Hodge strike gave Nottingham Forest a 1-0 lead at Derby County, and Lee Chapman pounced on an error by County defender Mark Wright to seal a 2-0 win at the Baseball Ground. Nottingham Forest would go on to finish the First Division season in third, 12 points behind eventual winners Arsenal.

Derby 1 (Webb) Nottingham Forest 2 (Birtles, O’Neil)

Garry Birtles and Martin O’Neil were on target as Nottingham Forest continued their First Division title-push with a 2-1 win over Derby County. Birtles finished off a cross from Tony Woodcock, before O’Neil’s diving header doubled the lead. David Webb pulled one back for Derby but Forest held out for the win. The Reds would eventually lose out on the title to Liverpool.
