Nottingham Forest supporters are advised of events taking place at this afternoon’s match to mark the end of the 2015-16 season.

Before kick-off, the Community Champion and Player of the Season awards will be presented to the winners, while after the match the first team and coaching staff will conduct a lap of appreciation to thank fans’ for their support over the course of the campaign.
