Nottingham Forest’s Christmas toy appeal begins today, with experience days and signed memorabilia up for grabs.
The club have once again teamed up with official auction partner John Pye Auctions to raise money for a wide range of charities and to purchase toys for the first-team squad to give away to children at Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre.
The auction, which is now live and ends at 8pm on Wednesday 2 December, will allow fans to bid on signed items such as Jamie Ward’s Northern Ireland match-worn shirt, Matt Mills match-worn boots and the opportunity to be an official matchday mascot for the last home game of the season.
Today’s auction item in focus is Jonny Williams’ Wales polo shirt, which the midfielder wore ahead of October’s European qualifiers against Bosnia-Herzegovina and Andorra. Williams went on to help Wales qualify for their first major tournament in 57 years.
The medium-sized shirt is also signed by fellow Wales midfielder David Vaughan.
