International call-ups

27 May 2015

Two Nottingham Forest players have been selected to represent their countries in the latest round of international fixtures.

David Vaughan (Wales) and Dexter Blackstock (Antigua) will join up with their respective squads in June.

David Vaughan – Wales

The 32-year-old central midfielder will be eligible to face Belgium in a European qualifying match at the Cardiff City Stadium (12 June).

Wales have enjoyed a terrific start to the campaign and could replace Belgium at the top of Group B with a victory. November’s reverse fixture ended 0-0 in Brussels.

Dexter Blackstock – Antigua

The striker will aim to help Antigua begin their 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign with a victory against St Lucia over two legs (10 and 14 June).

Whoever wins will progress to the third CONCACAF qualifying round.
