Forest's greatest 11: Goalkeeper

2015-16 season ticket holders can today vote for Nottingham Forest’s greatest ever goalkeeper.

As part of Forest’s 150th-year celebrations, each month the club will put forward a selection of contenders for each position and it will be up to season ticket holders to vote for their favourite.

Voting for the goalkeeper position commences today and closes at 5pm on Tuesday 30 June.

The following players are in the running to be named Forest’s greatest ever goalkeeper:

Harry Linacre (1899-1908, 335 apps.)

Peter Grummitt (1960-69, 352 apps.)

Peter Shilton (1977-81, 272 apps.)

Steve Sutton (1980-92, 257 apps.)

Mark Crossley (1988-97, 355 apps.)

2015-16 season ticket holders will be emailed with instructions on how to vote and are therefore encouraged to ensure their contact information and email preferences are up to date on
