Nottingham Forest paid their annual Christmas visit to the Queen’s Medical Centre this afternoon.
Armed with sacks full of toys paid for by supporters who bid in the recent toy appeal auction, first-team players Ben Osborn, Jack Hobbs, Jamie Ward, Chris Burke, Tyler Walker, Dorus de Vries, Chris Cohen and Chris O’Grady were on hand to spread some Christmas cheer around the children’s ward.
While on the visit, Forest defender Hobbs said: “Hopefully we can bring some festive cheer to the children and their families during what must be a difficult time for them. Christmas is traditionally such a happy time so we’ve come down to make sure that the kids in here don’t miss out on that."
The club would like to thank John Pye Auctioneers, the staff at the QMC and Forest fans for their fantastic continued support of this important cause.
