Nottingham Forest season ticket holders are being given the opportunity to meet with chief executive Paul Faulkner to discuss ways of improving the season ticket package.Mr Faulkner will be joined by other senior members of staff for the consultation evening, which will be held at The City Ground on Thursday 9 October (7pm start).
Season ticket holders can apply to attend by sending an email with their contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org before 10pm on Sunday 5 October.
25 applicants will be chosen at random for this initial event as the club begin a process of canvassing fans’ thoughts in order to improve the value of products and services on offer.
Forest’s media and communications manager Ben White said: “It’s important we keep an open dialogue between the club and the supporters.
“We received excellent feedback from the recent question and answer session and hope this initial consultation evening will give season ticket holders the chance to talk directly with the club’s senior managers about what they like or don’t like about their current season ticket offering. This will help us review and improve our season ticket benefits in the future.
“The intention is that this will be the start of a series of regular consultation events with a variety of fans as we look to work more closely with our supporters.”
