Nottingham Forest fitness coach Nathan Beardsley is donning his running shoes in aid of a local charity.Nathan, who works closely with the first team, will be taking part in the Run or Dye 5k fun run at the Forest Recreation Ground on Saturday.
He will be running for the Nottingham Hospitals Charity, who are raising funds to build a helipad at Queen’s Medical Centre’s major trauma centre.
Nathan said: “A close friend had a lucky escape from an accident and if it wasn’t for the air ambulance and the specialist teams at the major trauma centre they might not have made it.
“I’m delighted to be showing my support for the Helipad Appeal by taking part in Run or Dye.”
