Britt Assombalonga paid a visit to participants at one of Nottingham Forest in the Community’s soccer schools this afternoon.The striker, who is joint-top of the Sky Bet Championship scoring charts with nine goals, made the short trip from The Reds’ Nigel Doughty Academy to the Becket school in West Bridgford, where community coaching staff were putting local children through their paces during the half-term break.
Assombalonga took part in a question and answer session with the children before watching them train, signing autographs and posing for photographs.
