18s rocked by Robins

13 October 2014

Two second half goals were enough to see Nottingham Forest's Under 18s slip to a 2-0 defeat at Bristol City on Saturday.

Kevin MacDonald's side were looking to bounce back from last weekend's 1-0 home reverse against Cardiff and The Reds enjoyed a solid first half in which they could have taken the lead.

But two impressive strikes from Ben Withey and Jake Andrews were enough to hand the home side the win and leave Forest aiming to get back to winning ways at home to Brentford on Saturday (18 October, kick-off 12pm).

Forest: Boyd, Otim, Kelly, Crookes, Arrowsmith, Iacovitti, Thomas, Yates, McDonagh (Adams 75'), Cash, Austin (Worthington 70')
