Congratulations to all of my Junior Reds who have already received one of my golden ticket prizes this season.
Many prizes have already been claimed, ranging from home and away matchday mascot packages to additional Nottingham Forest player cards.
Lewis Edinborough recently received one of the tickets and was chosen to be a matchday mascot when we played Blackburn Rovers a few weeks ago.
He said: “It was really exciting to get the golden ticket in the post and then to find out that I was going to be a mascot was brilliant.
“The best parts of my day were meeting all the players in the dressing room and having the opportunity to have my photo taken with them and the referee asking me in the tunnel who my favourite player was. When I said Britt Assombolonga he laughed and asked me why I was standing with Michael Mancienne then!’
“The players were really friendly in the tunnel, asking me if I was ok, and Michael really looked after me. Coming out of the tunnel with the players was really loud.”
At the last two home games I have run a puzzle competition in the matchday programme with gold, silver and bronze tickets up for grabs. Tom Ward and Max Harding were the two latest winners. Tom’s bronze ticket won him additional player cards, while Max’s silver ticket won him a signed item.
Adam Trembirth was the latest winner in my player cards competition. He put Matty Fryatt in his five-a-side team when we played Blackburn Rovers and he scored, earning Adam one of my bronze tickets.
Other winners include Molly Daley, Stanley Haywood and Cameron Moody, who all won some signed items.
Morgan Jones and Harry Peacock recently won the opportunity to upgrade their season tickets to a hospitality area for a home match.
And finally Elliott Parks won himself a silver ticket and had the opportunity to meet Stuart Pearce after the Derby match.
