Stuart Pearce’s first season as Nottingham Forest manager will begin and end at The City Ground.
Blackpool, who will be looking to make a bright start after a disappointing 2013-14 campaign, are the visitors on opening day (Saturday 9 August*), while recently-relegated Cardiff City are The Reds’ opponents when the regular season comes to a close.
Forest fans don’t have to wait long to face rivals Derby County, who arrive on Trentside in September, with the reverse fixture initially scheduled for Saturday 17 January*.
A Boxing Day trip to Middlesbrough* awaits Pearce’s men, with Leeds and Birmingham paying The City Ground a festive visit, and Easter Monday presents a trip to the capital to face newly-promoted Brentford*.
The Reds welcome Fulham on Wednesday 17 September* and Norwich on Saturday 8 November*, with trips to Craven Cottage and Carrow Road scheduled for Saturday 24 January* and Saturday 21 March* respectively.
