Stuart Pearce has appointed two new members of staff to his backroom team.Tim Flowers has joined as goalkeeping coach, while John Marshall arrives as head of recruitment.
Flowers, a former England teammate of Pearce, has picked up considerable coaching experience since concluding a successful career between the sticks. He has been goalkeeping coach at Leicester, Manchester City and Northampton Town, while he also had spells as assistant manager at Queens Park Rangers and Hull City.
Marshall spent the entirety of his playing career at Fulham, making over 400 appearances before becoming chief scout at Craven Cottage. He has also worked as head of recruitment at Leicester City and senior scout at the Football Association.
