Nottingham Forest in the Community have two exciting opportunities to join their growing team.

Facility & Business Development Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Closing date: 9 January 2015

Nottingham Forest in the Community are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Facility & Business Development Manager to lead the day to day operations of the newly developed £1.8m Forest Recreation Sports Zone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety protocols and legislation; making sure that all contracts, licences and documentation required for the safe and effective operation of the facility are in place and adhered to consistently; following a strict facility cleaning and maintenance programme; assisting with implementing a high level of customer service; managing and motivating a team of dedicated staff; maximising facility use and revenue; optimising community access and engage with local and national partners in line with Nottingham Forest in the Community objectives; delivering and developing high quality and inclusive activity programmes; monitoring and evaluating all activity programmes and facility usage; a robust marketing and communications strategy; achieving targets and KPI’s relating to usage and income; providing regular management reports when required; ultimately working within the guidelines set out in Nottingham Forest in the Community’s Core Values.

The successful candidate will have significant experience as a Facility & Business Development Manager and hold industry recognised qualifications and have a proven track record of managing a team of staff.

This is a full-time position, working hours will be flexible and the successful candidate will need to be available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Administrator

Salary: £12,000 - £16,000 per annum (pro rata)
Closing date: 9 January 2015

Nottingham Forest in the Community are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Administrator to support the day to day operations of the newly developed £1.8m Forest Recreation Sports Zone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: implementing and supporting the marketing and communications strategy; programming of all activities; maximising the use of the facility by all sectors of the community; dealing will daily enquiries and booking requests; implementing high levels of customer service and care; producing promotional materials and displays in line with Nottingham Forest in the Community’s marketing strategies; collating and presenting statistical and financial records on request; planning and administrating activity programmes; managing all aspects of social media, including website updates and content; implementing efficient booking systems, including online bookings and payments; conducting market research; responding to customer feedback; ultimately working within the guidelines set out in Nottingham Forest in the Community’s Core Values.

The successful candidate will have significant experience as an Administrator and hold industry recognised qualifications and have a proven track record of working as part of a team.

This is a part-time position, working hours will be flexible and the successful candidate will need to be available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
