Matchday ticket collection points have changed for the 2014-15 season and supporters are advised as follows.
Home ticket collections
On the day of the game, any ticket that has been pre-booked can be collected from the main ticket office on Pavilion Road until three hours before the scheduled kick-off. After that time the remaining collections will be transferred to the new collection point at the rear of the Brian Clough Stand (river end).
Ticket sales on the day
This will remain unchanged and tickets for the match will continue to be sold from the main ticket office and the ‘home’ ticket windows at the rear of the Brian Clough Stand, next to the Executive Box entrance.
Tickets for Nottingham Forest away games
Supporters wishing to purchase tickets for forthcoming away matches on a home matchday can continue to do so at the main ticket office on Pavilion Road until one-and-a-half hours before the scheduled kick-off. After this time and until kick-off, only tickets for that day’s game will be on sale. Our away game sales will resume at the main ticket office after the match.
In light of these changes, supporters are reminded that it is even more important now that when collecting tickets on matchday at The City Ground, they should arrive as early as possible to help reduce queues and ensure that they are able enter the stadium in time for kick-off.
The club strongly recommend that supporters collect their tickets in advance of matchday if at all possible. Alternatively the club recommends that supporters take up the option of their tickets being posted to them, by first-class mail, for an additional £1 charge. The cut-off time for posting will be 3:30pm, no later than three working days prior to the matchday.
