Thousands of Nottingham Forest supporters turned out at The City Ground yesterday to show their support for Stuart Pearce’s side ahead of the new season.
And the #faceofforest cameras were there at the open training session, ahead of the friendly with West Brom, to speak to the crowds of Reds fans who attended.
Ryan, who usually sits in the upper tier of the Bridgford Stand and who has been a season ticket-holder for two years, enjoyed his morning at the training session – and he’s excited about the new season.
He said: “I think we’ll get play-offs, about third.”
But Gary, who usually sits in the Main Stand, is even more optimistic than that.
“I’m hoping for top six but I’d like higher than that. We should do, we’ve got the quality in the players, the manager’s right now so with good guidance I see good things for us.”
And Mitchell, who came along with his friend Kallum and usually sits in the Trent End, is after top spot in the Championship.
“First hopefully,” he said. “That’s the dream anyway.”
