Young Supporters' Experience Day

16 April 2014

Five lucky winners of the Nottingham Forest ‘Best Seat in the House’ competition enjoyed a fantastic day at the open training session held at The City Ground yesterday.

Shaw Mitchell, Joe Catlow, Daniel Jones, Jack Brewington and Tom Giles were picked out at random from all the Robin’s Outlaws, Robin’s Reds and Little John’s Juniors members and were invited to watch the training session from the dugouts.
The group were also taken into the Main Stand Executive Lounge before and after training and also had the opportunity to have a photograph taken with both the European Cup and with the club’s official mascot Robin Hood.
After the training session had finished, all five children took part in a penalty shootout on the City Ground pitch. Tom Giles was the competition’s winner and he now receives four passes for the Castle Club for Saturday’s game against Birmingham City.

Tom said: "I had an amazing day at the City Ground. Nothing better than having a kick about on the hallowed turf and meeting all my favourite players. Highlight of the year!"
