Nottingham Forest supporters will have the chance to watch a first-team training session as part of an open day at The City Ground on Tuesday 15 April.Following the success of last month’s ‘open-doors’ event held by chairman and owner Fawaz Al Hasawi, temporary manager Gary Brazil and his first-team squad will be showcasing their preparation for the match against Birmingham City. The training session is scheduled to start at 10.30am and entry is free.
A number of other activities are on offer throughout the day to keep supporters young and old entertained, including;
WATCH A FIRST-TEAM TRAINING SESSION
Supporters will be seated in the lower tier of The Brian Clough Stand for the training session, with limited parking available in the Brian Clough Stand car park.
MEET A FOREST LEGEND
The Reds’ European Cup-winning captain and club ambassador John McGovern will be happy to sign autographs and pose for photographs at the Forest Megastore from 2.30pm.
The Forest in the Community team will have their inflatable game on show in the Brian Clough Stand car park and all young Reds fans are encouraged to come along and have a go.

With early bird season tickets for the 2014-15 campaign now on sale, the open day is an ideal opportunity for supporters to choose the best available seat at the lowest price.
Fans simply need to visit the Forest Ticket Office and ask for one of the ‘here to help’ team. A member of the team will then escort them into the City Ground stands to look at various seats and help supporters select their ideal spot for next season.
PAYING OUR RESPECTS
The open day is taking place on the 25th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster and a book of condolence will be available for any supporters wishing to pay their respects to the friends and family of the 96 Liverpool fans who lost their lives. The book will be situated in the Executive suite of The Brian Clough Stand from 9.30am-1pm.
ENJOY SOME REFRESHMENTS
The Forest catering team will be on hand to provide food and drink to supporters throughout the afternoon and will be setting up a refreshments bar in the Brian Clough Stand car park.
The club are looking forward to welcoming as many supporters as possible and are advising fans to arrive early.
