Billy Davies will address supporters with a recorded video message on the big screens before this afternoon’s clash with Bolton Wanderers at The City Ground (kick-off 3pm).The rousing speech will be played out at 2.50pm and Nottingham Forest are urging supporters to take their seats early to ensure that both they and fellow fans can fully enjoy the build-up to the eagerly-anticipated encounter.
And there are plenty of other reasons to arrive early this afternoon.
The Sun’s ‘Big Smile’ tour rolls onto the banks of the Trent at 12.30pm and freebies will be handed-out to passers-by.
Our matchday magazine, which commemorates Davies’ momentous return, will be available from all the usual outlets and our community birthday celebrations will be taking place pitch-side before the game.
Keyworth United will then form a guard of honour to send The Reds into what is sure to be a cauldron of noise.
Can’t make the game? We have it covered.
