Up For The Cup

30 December 2013

As part of The FA’s campaign to boost attendances at this season’s FA Cup matches, one lucky Nottingham Forest supporter was given the opportunity to lift the old trophy.

Flynn Cross who is aged 11 and from West Bridgford, was given the chance to parade the FA Cup at the Leeds United game on Sunday in front of a near-capacity City Ground crowd.

The initiative was also used to help promote Forest’s third round FA Cup with Budweiser clash against West Ham United on Sunday 5 January (kick-off 12pm).

Throughout this season’s FA Cup, The FA is going to be making the cup dreams of young football fans like Flynn come true.
