Nottingham Forest are aiming for back-to-back wins when Mick McCarthy’s in-form Ipswich Town side visit The City Ground on Saturday.The Reds are on a good run of form themselves having lost just one of their last five matches and Saturday’s 1-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday was enough to push them back into the Championship’s top six.
Ipswich have not lost an away game since mid-September though, a run which has taken them to within two points of the playoff places, and The Tractor Boys will provide a stern examination of Forest’s promotion credentials.
The game will also see the return of three former Forest players as Paul Anderson, Luke Chambers and David McGoldrick all convene on The City Ground once more.
