Henri Lansbury has been announced as the winner of March’s Mercure Player of the Month.The midfielder picked up his first award of the season with 26% of the votes.
It was a brilliant month for the midfielder, who scored three goals and received back-to-back man of the match awards for his impressive performances as The Reds picked up four wins and a draw.
The runner-up was Karl Darlow (21%) who continued his assured performances between the sticks, and closely behind him was ‘super-sub’ Lewis McGugan (18%), who scored four important goals in as many substitute appearances.
Congratulations to Henri who has won an overnight stay at a Mercure Hotel in London.
The winning fan, selected at random from those who voted for him, was Sam Perkins and he won an overnight stay at the Mercure Nottingham. He will also present the player with his award at The Nigel Doughty Academy.
