Nottingham Forest travel to Cardiff City on Saturday as they look to extend their unbeaten run to 11 matches.The Bluebirds are on the verge of securing promotion to the Premier League for the first time in their history – but Billy Davies’ Reds will be looking to delay the inevitable by securing a result to aid their playoff push.
Stephen McLaughlin is Davies’ only concern – the winger is out for the foreseeable future with an ankle injury.
Doubts surround Cardiff’s in-form striker Fraizer Campbell, who missed the Bluebirds’ clash with Barnsley due to a shin injury.
Malky Mackay will also have to wait to see if Matthew Connolly is fit after the defender missed the Tykes stalemate with a groin strain.

The Welsh international played five games on loan at Forest at the beginning of the 2010-11 season. His parent club, Arsenal, signed him from this weekend’s opponents Cardiff City in 2008 for around £5million.
The midfielder came through The Bluebirds’ Academy and, after breaking into the first team, played alongside the likes of Chris Gunter and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink. He made a total of 22 appearances for Cardiff before heading to The Emirates, where he has overcome a broken leg to establish himself as one of Arsenal’s top Gunners.
