Statement From Perform

We would like to apologise to supporters who experienced service disruptions to Player on Saturday 20th October.

We have identified that there was a firewall issue and worked as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.  

We pride ourselves in the service we provide FL interactive clubs and take any issues like this extremely seriously. Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We are now confident that the issue has been resolved but we will closely monitor the sites for this evenings fixtures. Any supporters who do happen to experience any further issues should please contact our customer service team directly at customerservices@performgroup.com.
