Reds boss Sean O’Driscoll has told Forest Player that his side are not feeling any pressure despite going over a month without a win.Forest travel to Peterborough tomorrow (kick off 3pm) and will be hoping to take all three points for the first time since their 2-1 home win over Charlton at the start of September.
O’Driscoll said: “It’s the Championship. Pressure is going to be there because it’s football. It’s not something I’m going to lie awake at night worrying about.
“I have to worry about the principles, not the outcomes - I can’t do anything about them. All I can do is keep the processes we believe will bring success the same – whether we win, lose or draw, we have to stick with them. If we don’t, it’d just lead to change, after change, after change.
“You can get lucky, but you’ve got to make sure you have firm foundations in place if you want to build something. That has always been my philosophy and it will remain the same regardless of results.”
