Nottingham Forest Under 18s were held to a 1-1 draw against Hull City in the Professional Development League at the Forest Academy on Saturday morning.
Jay Rouse opened the scoring for the visitors early in the second half, but Will Swan equalised on the hour mark to secure a point for The Reds.
It was an uneventful first-half at the Forest Academy with either side failing to create any clear-cut chances and test the keeper as it ended goalless going into the break.
But The Tigers then took the lead on 49 minutes as Rouse fired his side into a lead to put the pressure on Forest after a frustrating display so far. Swan then changed that when he nodded in an excellent cross from a Trialist to equalise for The Reds, which is how it stayed for the remainder of the game.
