Nottingham Forest Under 23s extended their lead at the top of the Professional Development League table to six points with a 3-1 win at Birmingham City.
Goals from Yassine En-Neyah, Virgil Gomis and Brennan Johnson were enough to claim victory in the West Midlands and stretch The Reds' lead over their closest challengers Burnley.
The home side opened the scoring just before half-time when Caolan-Boyd-Munce fired home a strike from just outside the penalty area but Forest levelled only three minutes after the break when En-Neyah tucked the ball home from close range following a corner.
Forest had all the momentum and turned the game on its head two minutes later when Gomis slotted the ball into the net from eight yards out after En-Neyah's initial effort had been saved by Birmingham goalkeeper Zach Jeacock.
Johnson made the points safe just after the hour when he curled in a terrific free-kick from the edge of the Birmingham penalty area and a positive afternoon was capped when new signing Julian Larsson was introduced as a substitute for the final 25 minutes of the contest.
