What does your company do?

The Nottingham Label Company is a massively experienced provider of printed products and print services across all industries. By using various printed media we help our customers' businesses to present, promote, label and market their products. We are a complete printers; we do labels, letterheads, business cards, menus, personalised tapes, security tickets and any type of print.

What hospitality packages have you experienced at The City Ground?

I have been in the Robin Hood Suite for about nine seasons now, and last season I got invited into the Directors' Box by the board which was a great day. I have been in the Executive Boxes as a guest but, for me, the Robin Hood Suite is the best option. I know people who go in the Castle Club every year and they enjoy it. The Robin Hood Suite is always good, with the service and the food, but I like the fact that you go out and you sit in the stand with all the other fans.

What is it about the Robin Hood Suite that stands out for you?

The staff are great and the former players that are there on a matchday are brilliant, it is just the whole package really. There is a really good vibe in there and the whole day is a really good experience and I would recommend it to anyone. The hospitality in the Robin Hood Suite is great for the company too. We take customers, potential customers, work colleagues and friends and family; it is just great.

Why do you book hospitality?

First and foremost, I am a Forest fan and have been all my life. Fortunately, through business, I got into coming to the Robin Hood Suite every week. Because of the growth of the business, I get work out of coming here. I have customers who support Ipswich Town and Bristol City and they come to the games with their family, and it cements those business relationships. The whole package that is offered is good and everyone is always really well looked after in there.

What has been your favourite experience in Nottingham Forest hospitality?

I am fortunate to know all of the European Cup winning team and they join me regularly; Trevor Francis comes up with his sons, Colin Barrett is here most games and Kenny Burns sits on our table. I am fortunate to know them but my favourite experience is probably when it was my daughter's birthday. Andy Reid presented her with a special cake and she still goes on about it now! It is the personal touch that makes the difference.

How does using hospitality benefit your business?

Once a season I always have a day out with people that work for me. So instead of having one table of eight we will get an additional table to get them all down. It helps to develop working relationships and also from the customer side of it, they enjoy it. Even before the fixtures come out I get emails from customers who order regularly saying that they can't wait to come back to the Robin Hood Suite for a day out at The City Ground. They all look forward to it and it is good for business and it is a good way to thank our customers for their support throughout the year.

Does seasonal hospitality support your business growth?

Definitely, it does and it helps you to plan for the year. I have had the same table for the last five seasons with a minimum of eight people and it is always good. The staff are brilliant and the food is always up to a high standard. The overall experience is excellent, all dietary requirements are catered for and there is a lot of flexibility. You meet so many nice people in there as well, with them all being Forest fans you speak to them about football but then some work opportunities come out of it too.
