Matchday staff needed

Come and be part of the fantastic matchday operation at Nottingham Forest Football Club. We are looking for people to join us on matchdays to help us deliver a great experience for all our supporters, guests and visitors at The City Ground.

There are a variety of positions available including:

CATERING

Bartenders and Kiosk Assistants serving drinks and hot food in bars and kiosks in the concourses

Waiting staff to attend to diners who are enjoying more formal pre-match hospitality.

Chefs and Kitchen Porters to develop and create great-tasting menus behind the scenes.

Supervisors to lead all our teams to deliver excellence in all areas.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Turnstile Stewards to meet and greet supporters, check tickets and ensure that supporters are directed to the right areas of the ground.

A key part of the role will also be to look out for any hazards or challenges to our safety and to report them, while also ensuring that supporters leave the ground safely and assist with any evacuations should the need arise.

SIA Response Team Stewards to respond to incidents as directed by match control as well as carrying out specific full-time duties in relation to the players.

Qualified First Aid Stewards to work under our matchday medical services manager responding to first aid incidents around the ground.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience is not necessary for all roles, as training is given. Some roles require specific qualifications and in some cases you will need to undergo a criminal record check. But above all, what you need to bring is a passion for providing great customer service and a work ethic that thrives in a busy, lively, energetic environment.
