Michael Mancienne enjoyed a successful debut season at The City Ground as he made 38 appearances for The Reds across a number of different positions following his signing on a three-year deal from Hamburg in 2014.

A composed, classy presence at the back, Mancienne was one of Forest’s stand-out performers in the early months of the 2014-15 campaign, displaying the potential many saw in him as a youngster at Chelsea.

After finding game time limited at Stamford Bridge, he made two separate loan moves to Queens Park Rangers and featured 61 times for the Loftus Road side.

Mancienne's time in West London aided his development and he made another loan move, this time to Wolves, helping the Molineux outfit achieve promotion to the Premier League in the 2009-10 campaign.

After suffering a thigh injury which kept him out for three months, Mancienne returned to help Wolves avoid relegation before signing a four-year deal with Hamburg in May 2011. He made 51 appearances for the German side before arriving at The City Ground.
