Board of Directors

Frank Clark - Chairman
Frank Clark

Mr Clark has the unique distinction of not only having played for the club - and won League Championship and European Cup winners' medals - but also to have enjoyed great success as manager of The Reds.
He succeeded Brian Clough as manager in 1993 and in his first season in charge guided the club to an immediate Premier League return.
Forest finished third in their first season back in the top flight and the following campaign reached the quarter-finals of the UEFA Cup.
Since retiring from club management he has been Vice-Chairman of the League Managers Association for more than a decade, keeping him in tune with the modern-day game.

He is also an FA Councillor and sits on three Committees and in 2009 was elected to UEFA's Fair Play Committee.
He has served as a Director of the Football League, Director of Football League Interactive and League Football.
Married with two children, Mr Arthur is a keen all-round sportsman who, in 2007, completed a charity cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats with a group of friends.

Nick Marshall

Nick Marshall was the logical choice to replace Paul Hart as Academy Director at The City Ground during the summer of 2001. He had, after all, worked as the Assistant Academy Director for three years and readily made the step-up when Hart was appointed manager.
Marshall's appointment was the fulfillment of a long-standing ambition. He gained a Degree in Sports Science from Manchester Metropolitan University and by the time had had graduated, had also clinched his preliminary coaching badge.
He now holds both his UEFA 'A' and 'B' coaching badges and worked with Barnsley and Rotherham's young players, as well as those at Leeds before being handed the chance to follow Hart to The City Ground.
He says: "I worked part-time for Leeds and count myself as lucky to have had such a good education under Paul's regime."
Marshall, who played tennis for Yorkshire as a teenager, is the youngest Academy Director in the country.

Tim is an arable farmer with a legal and marketing background and a wealth of practical, hands-on experience. As well as his farming activities he is currently chairman of the Severn Trent Regional Flood Defence Committee.
Father of three Tim is a keen sportsman, being involved in part-time youth football coaching, plays football, tennis and cricket as well as finding time to do a bit of running. He is also chairman of his local Parish Council.
