WalkingThe City Ground is roughly a 20 minute walk from West Bridgford, The Meadows and Nottingham Railway Station, while Gamston and Wilford Hill and the City Centre are roughly 30 minutes on foot. On matchdays it can be quicker to walk to
the City Ground from these areas than coming by car, because of the amount of traffic around the stadium.
You can get walking directions from your home at
www.triptimes.co.uk or using
Google Maps and enter the postcode for The City Ground: NG2 5FJ as your destination.
CyclingCycling to the ground is fast, free and will help keep you match-fit too. It takes less than 30 minutes to cycle from Beeston to Nottingham Forest and, if you come along the Big Track, Greater Nottingham's traffic-free walking and cycling route that runs along the banks of the River Trent, the great news is there's no traffic at all.
An interactive online map of the
Big Track is available here. You can also download cycling maps of
Greater Nottingham from here.
For the 2009/10 season the club have introduced three new cycle shelters thanks to funding from Nottinghamshire County Council. These mean that supporters cycling to the ground can securely park their bikes - both on a matchday and non-matchdays. To use them you will need to bring your own bike lock.

If you need any further assistance on a matchday then please approach a steward. On non-matchdays, please contact reception.
Please note that the cycle shelters are not yet installed, they will come into effect from the Blackpool match on Saturday 19th September.
