Friday 9am - 8pm during season

Saturday 9am - 1pm
Matchday Saturday Booking line 9.00am - 12 noon
Ticket Office Matchday 9.00am - kick off then 15 minutes after the match
The ticket office will no longer be open before evening home Reserve matches
Tickets for home games can also be purchased from the Brian Clough Stand ticket office 2 hours prior to kick off.

The club will endeavour to answer your queries as soon as possible. However, in line with the club's Customer Charter, please allow up to 10 working days to receive a reply.

Home and away tickets can be purchased 24 hours per day online through the website

Championship Ticket Information

Children must be 4 years old before attending home fixtures at The City Ground.
Babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.

Student Concessions
New for the 2011/12 season Nottingham Forest has introduced a full-time student membership. To join the membership students need to complete the registration form and supply a photo student ID. Once registered full-time students may purchase a student concession ticket for a seat in Block G of the Upper Brian Clough Stand. There are just 300 tickets available and must be purchased at least one week prior to each match. Smoke Free Zone
The City Ground is now a smoke free zone. This zone will start at entry to the turnstiles and only end when supporters have left the ground via the exit gates.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you travel to any away game without a ticket Nottingham Forest FC cannot guarantee that you will get in. You can find out on this page or through the ticket information line on 0871 226 1980 whether there will be tickets available on the day. If there are then please arrive early to give yourself the best chance of getting in. We would always recommend that you buy a ticket in advance of the game.

Disabled Facilities at Nottingham Forest

The Club has facilities for Wheelchair user, Visually Impaired and Ambulant Disabled supporters.

The City Ground has 10 radios for visually impaired supporters who would like special matchday commentary whilst attending First Team home matches. Please contact the Ticket Office to book your radio on a match by match basis. These radios are available on a first come first served basis.

There are disabled parking facilities at the City Ground. However, these are all presently occupied by supporters who are current Disabled Season Ticket Holders.
There is a lift for disabled supporters who need to access any specified disabled area not at ground level.
There are also disabled toilet facilities provided.
