Concessionary Season Tickets
Age-Related Concessions
Renewing Your Concessionary Season Ticket
If you are renewing your season ticket and have previously provided us with proof of your date of birth in the form of a copy of either your passport, driving licence or birth certificate, you don't need to do this again. Please call us on 0871 226 1980 for further information.
Purchasing Your New Concessionary Season Ticket
If you wish to purchase a new age-related concessionary season ticket, you will need to provide photo-style proof of your date of birth in the form of a copy of either your passport or driving licence. Alternatively, your birth certificate is acceptable if accompanied by a recently taken photograph. Unfortunately we are unable to issue age related concessionary season tickets until the proper documentation has been provided.
The age-related categories are subject to your age on 1st August 2008.
Concessions for Disabled Supporters
If you are a wheelchair user or ambulant disabled supporter you can purchase concession priced season tickets at either the senior citizen rate or the rate appropriate to your age. To comply with club policy you will need to provide the ticket office with the relevant proof of disability.
A carer ticket may also be issued free of charge in certain cases. To be eligible for this you will need to provide the relevant documentation from the Department for Work & Pensions confirming that you are in receipt of the Higher Level of Disability Living Allowance. Please contact the ticket office for further details by phoning 0871 226 1980.
Very Young Supporters
If you have young children we strongly recommend that they are of at least primary school age (4-5 years old) before attending home fixtures at The City Ground. Babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.
Our season ticket concession price categories are: Senior Citizens (aged 60 and over), Under 21 (ages 18-20), Under 18 (ages 12-17) and Under 12 (aged 11 & under).
Young Supporters' Membership
Young Supporters of ages 0-16 can join the Robin's Reds membership club. Membership costs £11 for the year. Season tickets for the Robin's Reds enclosure can only be issued upon production of a Robin's Reds I.D. card valid beyond 1st August 2008. You may also be required to provide proof of age. If you would like to join Robin's Reds you can pick up an application form from the club shop or download it from our official website. For more information on young supporters' membership please phone us on 0115 982 4400. For Young Supporters' season ticket prices please see season ticket price list.
Changing Your Seat
At the back of your season ticket book you will find four 'alternative' vouchers. You can use these to exchange your seat for a different one within the ground on up to four separate occasions. It's up to you when you want to do this. However once these vouchers have been used, no further alternatives can be issued. For more information about alternative tickets, please contact the information line on 0871 226 1980.
Upgrading a Concessionary Ticket
At the back of your concessionary season ticket book you will find four 'upgrade' vouchers. You can use these to upgrade your concession ticket to a higher price category on up to four separate occasions. When you hand over an upgrade voucher along with the relevant match day voucher, a ticket will be issued for the same seat as the season ticket at a cost of £10. It's up to you when you want to do this, however once these vouchers have been used, no further upgrades are available during the season.
For more information about upgrades please contact the information line on 0871 226 1980.

E-Ticketing
You can purchase Home and Away tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by using our e-ticketing service. If you are a season ticket holder you will also be able to purchase your own seat for all Cup matches at The City Ground via this method*.
Please note: season tickets are not available to purchase online. For a step-by-step guide to using the online ticketing system, please see our user guide on the official Forest website. For more information about e-ticketing, please contact our booking and information line on 0871 226 1980 or email e-tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk
*On occasions the Club reserves the right to close certain areas of the stadium, when alternative seating will be made available. In some circumstances, the Club may decide to suspend sales of tickets via e-ticketing.
Lost or Damaged Season Tickets
This includes lost, stolen, misplaced, defaced or damaged tickets.
We will only issue you a replacement season ticket book once payment has been received to the value of the remaining number of matches still to be played in the season at the time our ticket office is notified.
We strongly advise season ticket holders to ensure that either their household insurance or an alternative policy covers this eventuality.
Further detailed guidance on this is available from the ticket office on 0871 226 1980 and will also be issued with this year's season tickets.
