Concessionary Half Season Tickets
Age-Related Concessions
Buying a Concessionary Half Season Ticket
If you wish to purchase an age-related concessionary half season ticket, you will need to provide photo-style proof of your date of birth in the form of a copy of either your passport or driving licence. Alternatively, your birth certificate is acceptable if accompanied by a recently taken photograph. Unfortunately we are unable to issue age related concessionary half season tickets until the proper documentation has been provided. If you have previously provided us with proof of your date of birth in the form of a copy of either your passport, driving licence or birth certificate, you don't need to do this again. Please call us on 0871 226 1980 for further information.
The age-related categories are subject to your age on 1st August 2008.
Concessions for Disabled Supporters
If you are a wheelchair user or ambulant disabled supporter you can purchase concession priced half season tickets at either the senior citizen rate or the rate appropriate to your age. To comply with club policy you will need to provide the ticket office with the relevant proof of disability.
A carer ticket may also be issued free of charge in certain cases. To be eligible for this you will need to provide the relevant documentation from the Department for Work & Pensions confirming that you are in receipt of the Higher Level of Disability Living Allowance. Please contact the ticket office for further details by phoning 0871 226 1980.
Very Young Supporters
If you have young children we strongly recommend that they are of at least primary school age (4-5 years old) before attending home fixtures at The City Ground. Babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.
Our season ticket concession price categories are: Senior Citizens (aged 60 and over), Under 21 (ages 18-20), Under 18 (ages 12-17) and Under 12 (aged 11 & under).
E-Ticketing
You can purchase Home and Away tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by using our e-ticketing service. If you are a half season ticket holder you will also be able to purchase your own seat for all Cup matches at The City Ground via this method*.
Please note: Half season tickets are not available to purchase online. For a step-by-step guide to using the online ticketing system, please see our user guide on the official Forest website. For more information about e-ticketing, please contact our booking and information line on 0871 226 1980 or email e-tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk
*On occasions the Club reserves the right to close certain areas of the stadium, when alternative seating will be made available. In some circumstances, the Club may decide to suspend sales of tickets via e-ticketing.
Lost or Damaged Half Season Tickets
This includes lost, stolen, misplaced, defaced or damaged tickets.
We will only issue you a replacement half season ticket book once payment has been received to the value of the remaining number of matches still to be played in the season at the time our ticket office is notified.
We strongly advise all half season ticket holders to ensure that either their household insurance or an alternative policy covers this eventuality.
Further detailed guidance on this is available from the ticket office on 0871 226 1980 and will also be issued with this year's season tickets.
Important
Please note: it is important that you complete ALL personal details on ALL parts of the application form. This includes date of birth for ALL concession tickets. If any of this information is not provided you will consequently experience a delay in receiving your half season ticket book, as we will have to contact you to obtain these details.
Ground Regulations
Failure to abide by Ground Regulations (displayed in the ticket office, online or by calling 0115 982 4444) could result in the confiscation of your season ticket. We are keen to maintain very high standards of behaviour in order to attract and retain supporters. The positive action we take will ensure that everyone enjoys supporting Nottingham Forest. We reserve the right to restrict the sale of season tickets at any time.
Read the Ground Regulations here.
