Age-related concessions
Renewing a concessionary Season Ticket
If you renewed your Season Ticket and had previously provided Forest with proof of your date of birth in the form of a copy of either your current passport, driving licence or birth certificate, you do not need to do it again. For further information, please call us on 0871 226 1980.
Purchasing a new concessionary Season Ticket
If you are purchasing a new age-related concessionary Season Ticket, you need to provide photo-style proof of your identity and date of birth in the form of a copy of either your passport or driving licence. Alternatively, your birth certificate is acceptable if accompanied by a recent photograph. Unfortunately we are unable to issue age-related concessionary Season Tickets until the correct documentation has been provided.
Very young supporters
If you have young children they must be aged four and over before attending home fixtures at The City Ground. Children aged three and under, babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.
Concessions for disabled supporters

If your circumstances remain the same as when your Season Ticket was renewed/purchased for 2009/10, it may be renewed for 2010/11 either by post, calling at the Ticket Office or by telephone at the number shown below; (online facility not available).
Purchasing a new Disabled Concession Season Ticket
If you are disabled, you may be entitled to purchase a new Disabled Concession Season Ticket from 9am, Saturday 3rd July 2010. Useful match day information
Park & Ride
We have teamed up with Premier Coaches and the City Council to offer a match day Park & Ride service from Queens Drive. Fares will be £4 per car load (up to 6 people) or £3 for a single person, OAP passes will also be accepted for free travel. Buses will start from two hours before kick-off and will drop supporters off at the end of the Victoria Embankment near Trent Bridge. Buses will then run for an hour after full-time taking supporters back to their cars. The club hopes that this service will make it easier for a lot of supporters to travel to the ground, and if this proves successful, we will look to offer other Park & Ride routes. Fares and details are subject to change.
Please visit our travel and parking pages here.
Visually impaired supporters
If you are a visually impaired supporter, you can take advantage of the exclusive match day commentary provided for Nottingham Forest by a specially trained commentator. Headsets for this are available on a first-come first-served basis. Please contact the Ticket Office on 0871 226 1980 for further details.
Ground Regulations
Failure to abide by the Ground Regulations (displayed around the stadium, in the Ticket Office, online or by calling 0115 982 4444) could result in the confiscation of your Season Ticket. You are reminded that persistent standing in seated areas is treated seriously by all Football Authorities and this club. Repeated offences may result in ejection from the ground and seizure of your Season Ticket. We are keen to maintain very high standards of behaviour in order to attract and retain supporters. The positive action we take will ensure that everyone enjoys supporting Nottingham Forest. We reserve the right to restrict the sale of tickets at any time.
Stand & area closures
The club reserves the right to close certain areas of the ground, other than the Main Stand, for certain Cup matches. Alternative seating will be made available should these occasions arise.
Match day promotions
As in previous seasons, we may have up to three 'kids for a quid' matches and up to two 'concession' games during the season.
