2 - By credit/debit card. If you are paying for your season ticket by credit card, such as MasterCard or Visa credit card, you will incur a 3% surcharge on top of the value of the season ticket. This is the rate that our merchant service provider charges the club for season tickets purchased using these cards. If you are paying by debit card, such as Maestro or Visa debit, you will avoid this surcharge.
Please note: the club does not accept American Express.
3 - By payment plan. There are two interest-free payment plan options:
- 4 month plan - £20 admin fee
- 10 month plan - £35 admin fee
The admin fee will be added to the first payment of the payment plan. Please complete the payment plan application form and return it to the Ticket Office along with your 'Renewal of season ticket' voucher found in your 11/12 season ticket book.
The admin fee of £20 (for 4 month plan) or £35 (for 10 month plan) will be added for each season ticket purchased. However, an adult or senior wishing to purchase season tickets for children may apply for a maximum of two under 12s or under 18s season tickets per adult/senior season ticket and will only be required to pay one admin fee.
Season ticket books will be available to collect from the beginning of June. As in previous seasons we will be using Deltec Courier Service to ensure the safe delivery of season ticket books at a cost of £7 per delivery. Fancy Changing Your View?
If you would like to transfer to a seat that is not currently held by a season ticket holder, you may do so at any point. If you wish to transfer to a seat that was previously held by a 2011/12 season ticket holder who hasn't renewed, you may do so between 2pm and 5pm Saturday 23rd June 2012 or thereafter.
Please note: The Ticket Office will be closed between 1pm and 2pm Saturday 23rd June 2012.
NFFC Members
2011/12 NFFC Members will be able to purchase a 2012/13 season ticket now for any seat which is not currently held by an existing season ticket holder before they are released for general sale.
Buying a New Season Ticket
If you are buying a new season ticket, general sale will commence at 9am Sunday 24th June 2012 .
Promotions and Match Day Prices
Match ticket prices will be decided on a match by match basis and will range between £20 and £35. Prices are also subject to a £2 increase when purchased on match day. As in previous seasons, we may have up to four 'kids for a quid' fixtures and up to two 'concession' games.
Nottingham Forest make every effort to ensure that season ticket prices remain the cheapest way to retain your seat for every home league match, even including price promotions.
Can't Attend a Match?
If you know of a game that you will not be able to attend, and would like to pass your ticket to a friend or family member, please present your season ticket to the Ticket Office and they will exchange the voucher for that match for a match ticket of the same age band and same seat. It is strongly recommended that you do not hand over your season ticket to another person to use as this may compromise the user on the day. If you need to upgrade the age category of the match ticket for the match you cannot attend, you will be required to use one of the four 'upgrade' vouchers in your season ticket book.
Changing Your Seat
You can move to an alternative seat in the ground for a particular match up to four times a season by using one of the four 'alternative' vouchers in your season ticket book. If you wish, you can move to a different seat in the ground for the remainder of the season. Should the cost of a season ticket in the alternative area be more than that from where you are moving, you will be required to pay the difference in price, pro-rata for the remaining games.
If you have used all the upgrade or alternative vouchers in your season ticket book but still wish to move your seat or pass on your ticket for a selected match, please contact the Ticket Office for further assistance.
Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour
Should you have a problem in the ground with antisocial behaviour, let us know by texting 'forest' plus your message to 60066. Our Control Room will receive this message within one minute and staff will monitor the situation immediately.
Ground Regulations
Failure to abide by the Ground Regulations (displayed around the stadium, in the Ticket Office, online or by calling 0115 982 4444) may result in your season ticket being confiscated. You are reminded that persistent standing in seated areas is a breach of the Ground Regulations and you are asked to remain seated at all times during the game. We are very keen to maintain very high standards of behaviour in order to attract and retain supporters. The positive action we take is to ensure that you can fully enjoy your match day experience. We reserve the right to restrict the sale of tickets at any time.
Blind or Partially-Sighted
If you are a blind or partially sighted supporter, you can take advantage of the exclusive match day commentary provided for us by a specially trained commentator. Headsets for this are available on a first-come first-served basis. Please call the Ticket Office on 0871 226 1980 for further details.- there is no charge for this facility.
Very Young Supporters
Children must be aged four and over before attending home fixtures at The City Ground. Babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.
Additional Home Match Tickets
There will be two periods of sale for home match tickets. The first priority period will go to season ticket holders allowing them to purchase extra match tickets. NFFC Members will also be afforded this same priority period to purchase tickets for home league matches.
The second period will be general sale. The club reserves the right to change priority purchase periods during the course of the season.
