Match ticket prices will be decided on a match by match basis and will range
between £20 and £35. Prices are also subject to a
£2 increase when purchased on match day. Last season an average adult season ticket holder saved up to £200 against regular match day prices.
Cup Match Prices
Prices for cup matches will be announced when fixtures are confirmed.
Concession Season Tickets
The Club have reviewed its concession rates for the coming season, with the aim of making them as fair as possible to its fans. From next season the Club are introducing a new concession - a reduced senior season ticket price for people aged 75 or over.
Another change for next season is increasing the age of the existing senior age concessions to people aged 65 and above. The Club, will however, honour the concession already given to season ticket holders for those renewing a senior season ticket but are aged 61 to 64.
Things You Need To Know
Age-Related Concessions
Your age-related season ticket concession categories are:
-
Senior Citizens (aged 65+)
-
Senior Citizens (aged 75+)
-
Under 21 (aged 18-20)
-
Under 18 (aged 12-17)
-
Under 12 (aged 4-11).
The relative category is subject to your age on
1 August 2011.
Renewing Your Concession Season Ticket
You may renew your
age-related concession season ticket if you have previously provided us with proof of your identity and date of birth, in the form of a copy of either your current passport, photocard driving licence or birth certificate plus a recent passport-style photograph.
Purchasing a New Concession Season Ticket
If you wish to purchase a new
age-related concession season ticket, you'll need to provide the Ticket Office with proof of your identity and your date of birth in the form of either your current passport or photocard driving licence. If neither is available, a copy of your birth certificate is acceptable if accompanied by a recent passport-style photograph. Unfortunately we are unable to issue
age-related concession season tickets until the correct documentation has been provided.
Buying Your Season Ticket Online
You will be able to renew your
age-related concession season ticket online by visiting
www.nffcretail.com.
If you are purchasing a new
age-related concession season ticket online, and your activated account doesn't hold proof of your date of birth (in the form of a copy of your current passport, photocard driving licence or birth certificate with a recent photograph), your ticket will not be issued until the relevant documentation has been taken into the Ticket Office.
Upgrading your season ticket for a match
You may upgrade your
age-related concession season ticket for a particular match up to four times a season by using one of the four 'upgrade' vouchers found in your season ticket book. The upgrade charge will reflect the difference between the value of the differing age related season ticket values for one game.
Once season ticket holders have used their four upgrade vouchers and only once all of them have been used, supporter can continue to upgrade a concession season ticket. They can only do this by paying the difference between
the value of season ticket for one game, and the cost of the match day ticket for that particular game.
Very Young Supporters
If you have young children they must be aged four and over before attending home fixtures at
The City Ground. Children aged three and under, babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.
Concessions for Disabled Supporters
Nottingham Forest FC would like to clarify the decision made to withdraw the concession offered purely on the basis of a supporter being a disabled person. Earlier statements may have led supporters to believe that this decision was made by Level Playing Field, however we would like to emphasise that this decision was made solely by the Club.
We have been working with Level Playing Field in preparing our disabled supporters policy and we will continue to work closely with them and other local user led organisations including Disability Direct in the interests of all our disabled supporters. Following consultation with the Disabled Supporters Club, the club have agreed to extend the Season Ticket renewal period for disabled supporters. The new deadline for disabled supporters is now 1pm Saturday 9th July.
The Club will no longer offer a concessionary season ticket rate solely on the grounds of a supporter being disabled. From the 2011/12 season concessions will continue to be given on an age related basis.
If, as a disabled supporter, you are entitled to the higher level of disability living allowance (DLA) you may apply for an additional season ticket for a personal assistant. In such cases the Club will issue this additional ticket free of charge.
If you have any questions regarding disabled tickets please do not hesitate to contact Jeff Mann on 0115 982 4341 or email jeff.mann@nottinghamforest.co.uk.
We have been offered the following statement by Level Playing Field in reference to general ticket policy for disabled supporters.
Helpful Hints
Useful Match Day Information
Reporting Crowd Disruptions
Should you have a problem in the ground with anti-social behaviour, let us know by texting 'forest' plus your message to 60066. Our Control Room will receive this message within one minute and staff will monitor the situation immediately.
Ground Regulations
Failure to abide by the Ground Regulations (displayed around the stadium, in the Ticket Office, online or by calling 0115 982 4444) could result in your season ticket being confiscated. You are reminded that persistent standing in seated areas is a breach of the Ground Regulations and you are asked to remain seated at all times during the game. We are very keen to maintain very high standards of behaviour in order to attract and retain supporters. The positive action we take is to ensure that you can fully enjoy your match day experience. We reserve the right to restrict the sale of tickets at any time.
Changing Your Seat
You can move to an alternative seat in the ground for a particular match up to four times a season by using one of the four 'alternative' vouchers found in your season ticket book - there is no charge for this facility.
If you wish, you can move to a different seat in the ground for the remainder of the season. Should the cost of a season ticket in the alternative area be more than that from where you are moving, you will be required to pay the difference in price, pro-rata for the remaining games.
Blind or Partially-Sighted Supporters
If you are a blind or partially-sighted supporter, you can take advantage of the exclusive match day commentary provided for us by a specially trained commentator. Headsets for this are available on a first-come first-served basis. Please call the Ticket Office on 0871 226 1980 for further details.
Additional Home Match Tickets
There will be two periods of sale for home match tickets. The first priority period will go to season ticket holders allowing them to purchase extra match tickets. NFFC members will also be afforded this same priority period to purchase tickets for home league matches. The second period will be general sale. The Club reserves the right to change this priority purchase period during the course of the season.
Very Young Supporters
If you have young children they must be aged four and over before attending home fixtures at The City Ground. Children aged three and under, babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.
Lost or Damaged Season Tickets
During the course of the season - should your season ticket become lost, stolen, misplaced, defaced or damaged - please contact the Ticket Office for assistance on 0871 226 1980.
Stand and Area Closures
We reserve the right to close certain areas of the ground, other than the Main Stand, for certain cup matches and alternative seating will be made available.
Match Day Promotions
As in previous seasons, we may have up to four 'kids for a quid' matches and up to two 'concession' games during the season.
