Posted on: Sat 28 Aug 2010
Nottingham Forest entertain Norwich City in what promises to be an exciting afternoon at The City Ground.

The Reds are looking to build on a solid start to the season by taking their first three points against the Canaries- but away from the match action there will be many other activities for you to enjoy on the day.

Former Forest midfielder Franz Carr will be returning to The City Ground as a special guest.

He made 131 appearances for the club between 1984-1991 and was regarded as one of the fastest wingers in the game. Having earned nine England U21 caps while playing for The Reds and contributing to the two League Cup victories in 1989 and 1990 memories of Carr are etched into Nottingham Forest history.

Furthermore, Forest legend Steve Hodge and Former WBC Super Middleweight champion Carl Froch will be meeting fans between 12 noon and 2pm in the Forest store.

The new look match day programme is filled with club news, exclusive interviews and features on players and managers. With all of this for just £3 make sure you pick your programme up on matchday from one of the programme vendors around the ground. This week's edition features a career first from Reds defender Kelvin Wilson.

Tickets still available and can be purchased in person at the Ticket office, online at www.nffcretail.com or over the phone on 0871 226 1980 (calls charged at 10p per minute, mobile rates may vary).

Park and Ride is available from 2 hours before kickoff with services running every 10 minutes. This service costs £3 per car from the Queens Drive Park so the more the merrier - why not see if someone wants a lift? To find out more Information click here.
