Fifty Up For Earnie

Posted on: Fri 13 Aug 2010
Robert Earnshaw is celebrating after reaching a milestone moment in his international career.

The Nottingham Forest striker won his 50th Welsh cap in last night's 5-1 win over Luxembourg in Llanelli.

Earnshaw played for the opening 45 minutes of the game and created his side's opening goal, sending over a cross for David Cotterill to score.

Earnshaw and Chris Gunter, who played the whole game, are heading back to Nottingham today to resume training with The Reds ahead of Sunday's Sky date with Leeds at The City Ground (kick-off 1.15pm).
