Billy Davies is hoping for a party atmosphere at The City Ground tomorrow as Nottingham Forest face Plymouth (kick-off 3pm).
It's The Reds final home game of the regular Championship season and although they still have the play-offs to look forward to, Davies believes it's an ideal opportunity to mark a remarkable season.
He told us: "We've secured the club's best league finish in 10 years regardless of what happens in our final two games of the season.
"We should all be very proud of that achievement and be proud of the season we've had because it has been wonderful.
"Of course, we want to finish the next two games off on a high - there's no doubt about that.
"We know what is our priority, getting ourselves ready for the play-off matches.
"But that won't stop us enjoying this weekend's game; enjoying what we've achieved so far and enjoying the records that we've matched and the runs we've been on.
"There have been lots of very good things to emerge from this season and we should all enjoy ourselves."
Plymouth's season has been memorable for all the wrong reasons.
Their relegation was confirmed on Monday with a 2-0 home defeat at the hands of Newcastle and they will arrive in Nottingham with nothing to play for but pride.
Davies added: "My approach is quite simple - I approach all our opposition as though they are wounded animals, irrespective of league positions, what their badge says or what their tradition is.
"Every club has to be treated that way.
"If we're not right mentally and physically and we're not up for the battle we will get what we deserve.
"We've got to go into the game in a positive frame of mind, look to perform very well and hopefully pick up three points."
