Julian Bennett has been pencilled in to make his Nottingham Forest comeback in a friendly tomorrow.

The popular defender has been sidelined since Boxing Day 2008 by a serious knee ligament injury but has been given the all-clear to resume his playing career.

And barring any unforeseen setback he will get a run-out tomorrow against Championship rivals Coventry.

The Forest line-up is also expected to include some of the players who are currently on the fringes of the first team scene at The City Ground.

The game against the Sky Blues will take place at the Forest Academy behind-closed doors. Supporters will not be admitted.
