With much of the country finding itself in the grips of one of the coldest periods in recent memory, Forest fans have embraced the 'Buy Online' facilities offered for purchasing match tickets over the festive holiday period.
With the unusual opening hours and holiday period making it more difficult than usual for fans to visit the Ticket Office, supporters made nearly 30% of transactions online during the course of December.
As the Coventry City game sold out, fans were able buy hassle free, securing their exact seats, online and collecting their tickets on the day - a massive 40% of Coventry tickets purchased online.
With the royal mail unable to deliver tickets over Christmas, the majority of fans heeded the clubs advice and arrived early to avoid the queues for collection of tickets.
